Dustin, better known in the industry as the “Chiller Whisperer,” brings more than 20 years of HVAC experience to the team, with over half of that time focused specifically on chillers and complex cooling systems. He has built a reputation for taking on difficult challenges, thinking critically under pressure, and finding practical solutions in situations where experience and adaptability matter most. Whether troubleshooting a complicated issue or navigating unfamiliar conditions in the field, Dustin is someone both customers and teammates know they can rely on. Factory trained across multiple major chiller manufacturers, Dustin continues to build on his expertise through ongoing training and hands on field experience. He has a genuine passion for learning and is always looking for ways to sharpen his skills within an evolving industry. He also takes pride in helping others grow, sharing his experience with the team and supporting the development of those around him. His hands on, team focused approach continues to strengthen both the people he works with and the company as a whole. Known for his clear communication, dependable follow through, and strong customer relationships, Dustin has earned a high level of trust and respect from the clients he supports. Harley brings eight years of HVAC experience to the team, with a strong foundation in VRF systems and a growing depth of knowledge in chillers and complex mechanical systems. Factory trained in both VRF systems and chillers, he is naturally curious and driven to understand not just how systems operate, but why they operate the way they do. Rather than simply accepting an answer at face value, Harley enjoys digging into the details, asking questions, and building a deeper understanding of the work through hands on experience and learning from those around him who have spent years in the industry. Known for his strong work ethic and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done, Harley approaches every challenge with determination, accountability, and a positive attitude. Whether it means putting in extra hours, stepping outside his comfort zone, or taking on unfamiliar challenges, he consistently shows up ready to learn, contribute, and support the team wherever needed. He also takes pride in building strong relationships with customers through clear communication, reliability, and a genuine willingness to help however he can. Harley is a motivated self starter who is always looking for ways to improve, grow his skill set, and continue evolving within the industry. Mallory Urquhart leads Freedom Mechanical with a positive, solutions focused mindset and a genuine passion for helping people. Known by some customers as “The Legend,” she has built a reputation for staying calm under pressure, solving complex problems, and always being willing to step in and help wherever needed. She believes strong relationships, clear communication, and doing the right thing are the foundation of a successful business. Mallory cares deeply about both her customers and her team, and takes great pride in building a company people can trust and depend on.
