What HVAC equipment do you service?
We service a wide range of commercial HVAC systems, with a strong emphasis on chillers. Equipment includes:
- Air-cooled and water-cooled chillers
- VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) systems

- RTUs (Rooftop Units)
- DOAS systems (Dedicated Outdoor Air Systems)

Do you work directly with major manufacturers?
Yes. Our technicians are factory-trained and certified to service major manufacturers including:

- Trane
- Carrier
- Multistack
- LG
- Mitsubishi
- Daikin
We are also warranty-certified with select manufacturers and perform equipment startups and warranty work
What does your preventative maintenance program include?
Our preventative maintenance goes beyond standard checklist service. Depending on equipment type, services include:
- Full system data logging (pressures, temperatures, alarms)
- Electrical cabinet inspections (480V systems)
- Leak detection (not just visual inspection)
- Oil sampling and analysis
- Coil cleaning and system performance checks
This level of detail is especially critical in mission critical environments.
How quickly can you respond to an emergency at a data center?
For data center clients, we are contractually committed to on-site response within four hours. For general commercial facilities, response is typically within 1–2 business days.
What makes you different from manufacturer service departments?
Many facilities assume they must call the manufacturer directly. However:
- We hold the same certifications and factory training
- We often provide faster response times
- We perform deeper preventative maintenance (including full data logging and testing)
Unlike visual-only inspections sometimes provided elsewhere, we perform in-depth leak detection, electrical inspection, oil sampling, and system data logging to ensure long-term reliability
